Right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, keep in mind these simple rules:

The deadline for returning the goods is a maximum of fourteen working days starting from the date of receipt. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the goods are considered returned when they are delivered to the accepting post office or to the shipper. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. Since these are cosmetic products, they must be intact in their original packaging. Returns of products without their box or opened or used will not be accepted. The only costs payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender. GA.MA. Beauty Srl will not accept returns of products with carriage forward shipments. Within fourteen days from the date on which the right of withdrawal was exercised by the consumer, the sums paid will be refunded to the consumer. To return products for the right of withdrawal, the customer must first inform GA.MA. Beauty Srl in writing, using the "CONTACTS" page, reporting the data relating to the purchase made: name and address of the customer, products purchased, order identification number, price paid and date of purchase. Subsequently, the customer will receive from GA.MA. Beauty Srl a confirmation email for the return.

Diritto di recesso

Il termine per la restituzione del bene è al massimo di quattordici giorni lavorativi decorrenti dalla data del ricevimento. Ai fini della scadenza del termine la merce si intende restituita nel momento in cui viene consegnata all’ufficio postale accettante o allo spedizioniere.L’ integrità del bene da restituire è condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso. Trattandosi di prodotti cosmetici è necessario che essi siano integri nel loro imballo originale. Non verranno accettati resi di prodotti privi della loro scatola o aperti o utilizzati.Le sole spese dovute dal consumatore per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso sono le spese dirette di restituzione del bene al mittente. GA.MA. Beauty Srl non accetterà resi di prodotti con spedizioni in porto assegnato.Entro quattordici giorni dalla data in cui è stato esercitato il diritto di recesso da parte del consumatore le somme pagate verranno rimborsate al consumatore. Per effettuare un reso di prodotti per diritto di recesso il cliente dovrà preventivamente informare GA.MA. Beauty Srl per iscritto, utilizzando la pagina “CONTATTI”, riportando i dati relativi all’acquisto effettuato: nome e indirizzo del cliente, prodotti acquistati, numero identificativo d’ordine, prezzo pagato e data di acquisto. Successivamente il cliente riceverà da GA.MA. Beauty Srl una mail di conferma per l’effettuazione del reso.
